We are a small-batch artisanal food producer based in the Pacific Northwest, USA, specializing in premium, grass-fed and pastured ghee (unsalted clarified butter). Inspired by the rustic charm of a cozy cabin retreat—evoking warm wood fires, family traditions, and simple, nourishing living.
Using high-quality milk from local, ethically raised cows. The slow-clarification process removes milk solids, impurities, and water, resulting in a rich, golden, shelf-stable product with a high smoke point, ideal for cooking, baking, spreading, or enjoying straight from the jar. No refrigeration needed, it's perfect for everyday use in keto, paleo, Ayurvedic, or traditional diets.
